    This clerical job will appeal to anyone with great manual dexterity skills, is detail-orientated, has good basic math skills, and handles paper quickly.

    Accounting duties will include bookkeeping, payroll for hourly and salaried staff, bank reconciliations, and working with the outside accountant for year end balancing.

    Reporting to the owner, other duties include answering in-coming telephones and forwarding calls to appropriate departments.

    To ensure a smooth transition from current staff, on-the-job training must commence as quickly as possible.
