Floater Staffing Definitions:

-- FULL TIME: Work for 35 hours or more per week on an on-going basis indefinitely.

-- PART TIME: Work for under 35 hours per week, either on-going, on an indefinite basic, or with a definite ending date.

-- TEMPORARY: Work for 35 hours or more per week, with a definite ending date.

-- HARD SKILLS: Skills gained through education and practice. Examples are keyboarding, data-entry,

spelling, fork-lift and shipping and receiving.

-- SOFT SKILLS: People skills which create rapport and confidence in business. Examples are

communication skills, teamwork, punctuality, and ethics.
